How Does it Work?

Simply contact us, using our contact form and specify as many details as possible regarding the device or product that you are trying to find.
In addition, it is always advantageous to specify the following:

• Expected monthly or annual volume requirements. Manufacturers work on price breaks based on qty, so we can use this on your behalf in the negotiations.
• Lead time. To enable to plan the project for you, we set time scales for key elements of our process to ensure we act promptly to every request.
• Target price. Many companies do not like to disclose this, but from experience this is a paramount factor as we can automatically filter our companies that we know could not supply product within the given budget.
• Specification. We need to know your exact requirements for the device or product you require.  We appreciate that there are some variables which we can work around, however, such basics as dimensions, materials, colour, voltage/current will be required.

Service Types

We offer two levels of service for you to choose from.

• ALL IN.  With this service, not only do we source products for you, but we will also arrange samples, at cost, for your evaluation.  After agreeing pricing & terms and receiving your acceptance and PO, we place the order with the selected manufacturer.  We take care of the shipping and importation into the UK, clearing customs and paying duties etc, thus saving you time and money.  Inspection of goods can then take place at our facility, before releasing to you.
• BASIC.  This is a fee based service where by we source suitable manufacturers that can supply the required product for you and then turn over to you a portfolio containing the manufacturers, their contact details and details of the suitable product.
  Many compaines find this solution attractive as the hard work of finding suitable manufacturers can be challenging and time consuming.  This then leaves them free to conduct the price, terms and import negotiations themselves.
