The LED Lighting Company was conceived in 2003 by Simon Wells, initially as an LED evaluation company. Simon has many years experience working in the electronics manufacturing and semiconductor industries coupled with years of experience working with LED products and LED lighting companies. This vast knowledge and contact base allowed us to expand to provide OEM and ODM LED services to take clients ideas from concept to manufacture.

Initially trading on Ebay, we promoted and sold many NEW products to the UK markets, such as the first auto colour changing MR16 and GU10 to flexible and rigid strips. As demand increased, so did we.

In 2006 we were approached by leading manufacturer Abstract AVR to become a distributor with this TLLC UK Ltd, The LED Lighting Company was formed. Being able to provide high quality architectural LED lighting with improved lead times complemented our existing abilities to provide LED product sourcing, product imports, OEM and ODM services.
Now with hundreds of global manufacturing contacts we are able to source LED products ranging from chips to full RGB systems controlled via DMX.
